The insurance claims industry will always need well trained adjusters, from local "daily claims" to "Cat claims" from "auto" to "flood", there are thousands of claims every day. Companies cannot afford to staff enough adjusters to cover this demand. That is why good adjusters are always working.
Rosters
A roster is basically a list of adjusters that are approved to work insurance claims for that claims company. Some require you to pass an assessment for placement on their rosters. It is common to see deployments with a 60/40 split of veteran and new adjusters.
As an adjuster you will want to be placed on as many different rosters as possible to be exposed to as much opportunity as possible. It also will give you more options for the type of claims you want to work.
Opportunity
Adjuster Training Solutions is always getting requests from Insurance Claims Firms for well trained adjusters to add to their rosters, or to help cover a sudden inflow of claims. We want to make this opportunity available to the trained adjusters who are ready to work.

Texas All-Lines Adjuster License
Complete our 3-Day Xactimate 27 Training
Complete adjuster kit: Ladder, measuring tools, laptop computer, vehicle, insurance, valid DL, ect.
Good communication skills
Good organizational skills
Working knowledge of Xactimate
Clean criminal and motor vehicle background
Clean drug screening
